We charge sales tax for orders shipped to destinations within Louisiana as required by law. The applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. 7. Order Cancellation and Refunds
Once a payment has been processed, it is considered final. However, if you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order, before it has been shipped. After the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the payment. In the case of returns, we follow our Refund and Return Policy, and refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider and the payment method used. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.
8. Gift Cards
NextTopic offers digital gift cards that can be used as payment for products on our website. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. If you lose a gift card, it cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issuance, and any remaining balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.
